Portland Signature Cocktail Competition Sep 29, 2008 It was a rough Sunday - having to sample cocktails all evening long. But plenty of folks were up to the challenge. Five bars/restaurants participated in the competition, with Eve's at the Garden coming out on top (thanks to Jeff's outstanding Apple Crisp Martini).
